Acceptance
Goods are only supplied on the condition that the purchaser has read and fully accepted our Terms of Trading as detailed below. The placing of an order is deemed as confirmation that the customer has accepted our terms and conditions of sale.
Title of goods
The property in the Goods shall not pass to any persons or companies until all monies owed to The Equine Warehouse have been paid in full. Until such time, the customer must bear all risks and shall insure those goods against loss or damage. The Equine Warehouse shall be entitled, at any time, to repossess the goods whether with or without notice and The Equine Warehouse and its employees or agents shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer for the purposes of effecting such repossessions.

The Equine Warehouse will not accept any liability for loss, disruption or damage to your computers data that may occur during the use of this website. The decision to purchase any items from this website ultimately lies with the customer and we cannot be liable for any consequences relating to products purchased from the Equine Warehouse website.
The information provided on the product label should be read carefully prior to use, as we can accept no liability for the misuse of any of our products. Generally all products should be kept out of reach of Children and stored as instructed. In case of accidental ingestion you should immediately consult a physician. None of the products sold by The Equine Warehouse are meant to substitute veterinary medical advice or care. If a problem arises with your horse and you are unsure how to proceed, we strongly recommend that you seek veterinary attention as soon as possible. All products sold for use with horses, must only be used on horses and used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions on the labels, the Equine Warehouse will not be held responsible for any misuse of products sold from the website.
Always check with your governing body to make sure that none of the products contravene their rules concerning prohibited substances.
This web site is as accurate and up to date as possible but please remember that prices and products do vary from time to time. The prices shown in the website may differ from prices instore. The Equine Warehouse will endeavour to ensure that the information provided on this site is at all time correct and up to date, however an occasional error is inevitable. The Equine Warehouse will not honour presented prices that are typographically incorrect.
Due to the variety of styles and colours, The Equine Warehouse cannot guarantee that the item you order is the exact item shown in the corresponding picture. Often times, the same image will be used to represent all variations of the same product. Also, manufacturers may change labelling, packaging and product design before we are able to update this web site for accuracy.
All products offered on the website are sold subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime.
Prices
All our products are priced in euros but please feel free to contact us for sterling prices. Prices include vat @ 21% where applicable.
Deliveries Within Ireland
All deliveries within Ireland are delivered Free Of Charge for orders over €150.00. There will be a €7.50 charge for orders under €150.00.
Deliveries in Northern Ireland
All deliveries in Northern Ireland are delivered Free of Charge for orders over €200 with a €10.00 charge for orders under €200.
UK and International Orders
Deliveries to the within the EU will be charged at a flat rate of €20.00, an additional heavy item charge will be charged where necessary. You will be notified directly if such a charge is necessary. We export all over the world, all orders from outside of the EU will be charged on an order by order basis, you will be advised of all shipping costs prior to dispatching goods. All shipping rates will be charged as per the rate charged by the shipping company.
Payment
Payment will only be taken when the goods are ready for dispatch and is acceptable through a secure server by credit or debit card (see Privacy Policy), cheque or postal order. For your own security, we ask all customers not to email their credit details as we cannot be held responsible should any problems arise. For any payments made by cheque, the goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared.
Dispatching Goods
Where goods are in stock, orders will be dispatched using our 24hour courier service within the republic of Ireland, orders must be received before 2pm to avail of this next day delivery service. Where goods are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you immediately on receipt of order informing you of expected replenishment date for any goods ordered.
For all deliveries, it must be noted that a signature is required by the courier company at the delivery address in order for the goods to be handed over. If you are unable to receive your order at your usual address, please state an alternate location for the courier company to send the goods and arrange for someone to sign for the delivery on your behalf. If there is no one to sign for the delivery, then the courier company may charge for a second delivery.
The Equine Warehouse must be notified of any breakages, damage during posting and items missing from the original order within 7 days of delivery.
In certain cases, the above stated rates for shipping will not apply, for example, where the items ordered are heavy, oversized or of an unusual shape. Where this occurs, we will make every effort to inform you that it is not possible to ship the order for the cost shown and advise you of the adjusted rate of delivery. At this point you are entitled to cancel the order.
Returns
If you wish to return or replace your purchase, we are happy to accept returns provided that the goods are unused, are not damaged, in their original packaging and within 14 days of receiving them. Goods that are received after 14-days and are found to be faulty will only be redeemed by a credit note.
Items that have been customised will not be accepted nor will items that have been specially ordered.
If you continue to use a product after finding a fault, it is assumed that you are accepting the goods in their damaged state and we will therefore not accept them as a return.
Refunds will be made on receipt of returned goods and credited by the same method as the original payment.
Items are returned at customer's own expense and it is strongly recommended that you obtain proof of postage and/or insurance for the items posted, as the Equine Warehouse accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged items. However, if any returned goods are found to be faulty, the cost of postage will be refunded in full.
Please be informed that returned goods will not be accepted unless they are clean and dry due to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2005. Any items returned to us in this state will be returned at your cost for cleaning before any further action can be taken.
Due to Health and Safety requirements, riding hats and skullcaps are not included in the returns policy and will not be accepted. This does not, however, affect your statutory rights.
In some circumstances, manufacturers may wish to examine the goods for their own records and therefore, replacements may not be sent out until it is deemed that the original goods were defective.
Where goods are returned due to the customer selecting an incorrect size and requiring an exchange for the appropriate size instead of a refund, the goods are returned at the expense of the customer (as stated above) and an additional carriage fee is incurred by the customer.
Product Out Of Stock - If any item is out of stock, you will be notified by return. Whereby it is agreeable with yourself, 'In stock' items will be sent immediately and the balance forwarded at a later date with no extra cost for delivery.
