Yes, we offer a click and collect service for our Galway and Clonmel store. You can choose which store you would like to pick it from at checkout. You will get an email when your order is ready to be picked up. If you are making a special trip to collect your order, please call the shop first.

Estimated delivery times are located on product page, at basket and at checkout. Products based in secondary warehouses need to come to our main dispatch warehouse and have an estimated delivery date in amber. Products ready for dispatch will be displayed in a green estimated delivery time.
Products displayed with an amber estimated delivery date are based in secondary warehouses and will need time to arrive to our main dispatch warehouse. If you need your order quickly, we recommend filtering for 24 hour dispatch and choosing products ready for dispatch.
If the product you require for immediate dispatch has a green ‘Fast Home Delivery’ message and the rest of your order has a longer dispatch time. It is recommended to create two orders as your order will take the longest estimated delivery time from your product list.

Yes, you can pay using Klarna and split out your order in three payments.
When you pay using Visa or credit card, your payment is only held in your account until your order is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, your payment will be processed.
If you pay using Visa or Credit card and cancel your order before it has been dispatched, as your payment is only held in your account it will be released back and therefore, will not show up as a refund.
If you have an in-date eGift Voucher from The Equine Warehouse. You can pay using this when you get to payments section of checking out. Simply, add voucher number under ‘Do you have a egift voucher?’ and click ‘apply eGift Voucher’.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason with the products you received, you have 30 days to return your item(s) from the date of delivery for a full refund. Each item(s) you return needs to be new, unused and in its original packaging. We are open Bank Holiday Monday's from 12pm - 5pm. Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm.
